In 2023, our establishment was awarded a B environmental rating, testifying to our dedication and day-to-day actions to move towards more sustainable tourism.

At Maisons du Monde Hôtel & Suites Nantes, 40% of our products are organic and eco-labeled (reception, cleaning, food products, etc.). Our water and energy consumption is much lower than the average for tourist establishments in France. Our linen is managed in an eco-responsible way, and our team is made aware of eco-actions on a daily basis.
We partner with Compost in Situ for biowaste collection by bicycle, and with TooGoodToGo to combat food waste.

All our suppliers and partners are rigorously selected according to their sustainable commitments.

We offer homemade dishes made with local produce and vegetarian options.
Most of the drinks on the menu are local and organic.
To preserve the environment, but above all to offer you good air quality, the products used for cleaning the hotel are mostly eco-labelled.
Our establishment is completely non-smoking.

Maisons du Monde Hôtel & Suites Nantes has selected a range of refillable hospitality products to limit single-use plastic. The retro-inspired, Ecolabel-certified Green Lab brand guarantees minimal impact on aquatic ecosystems when the product is discharged into nature, and complies with standards limiting waste.

What can I do to limit my carbon footprint while staying at Maisons du Monde Hôtel & Suites Nantes?

Help us by sorting your waste! Leave glass bottles to one side, and our team will sort them out when we clean your room. Remember to turn off the air-conditioning or heating if you ventilate your room or apartment.
Water is life! Remember to limit the duration of your shower and not to leave the water running while soaping, brushing your teeth...
