What time is the room available on the day of arrival? And at what time do we need to vacate it the day we leave?
On the day you arrive, the room is available from 2 p.m., with check-out possible until 12 a.m.
Apartments are available from 4 p.m, with check-out possible until 11 a.m.
Is it possible to arrive before 2 p.m.?
You can arrive earlier, but we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready. When this is the case, you can leave your bags in the luggage storage. If you would like your room to be ready before 3 p.m., an additional charge of €50 will be requested (subject to room availability).
Is it possible to leave after 12 a.m.?
You can leave after 12 a.m. In this case, an extra charge of €70 will be requested (subject to availability).
I plan to arrive late, what happens then?
No problem: our reception is open 24 hours a day.
Where can I park my car?
As the hotel is located in a pedestrian street, you can park on Rue Maréchal Lattre de Tassigny, Rue Voltaire and Rue Racine.
In addition, the Graslin and Médiathèque covered car parks are nearby (a 5 to 7 minute walk).
How about if we are travelling with our baby?
We will provide cots, subject to availability, and we will do everything in our power to make your visit go smoothly. In the apartments for more than two people and only in the Classic Chics.
Can I come with my pet?
We accept animals (except exotic pets). The supplement is €10 a day.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Our hotel does not have a restaurant, but our staff will be happy to share recommendations for nearby places to eat. We also have a snack menu featuring products from our region: cheese and charcuterie platters, local table spreads, bowls and so forth.
What are the hours for room service?
Are you feeling peckish? Room service is available from 6:30 am to 11 pm to satisfy your craving for something sweet or savoury.
What interesting things are there to do and see nearby?
Our hotel is ideally located in the heart of Nantes. You will find many bars and restaurants close to the hotel, and all the interesting things to do and see can be found in the "Tourism" section.
